Account deletion

You can delete a Pedreaux account in the app, or by email if you cannot open the app. Support: kurt@mobile-verse.com.

In the app

Open Settings, then Manage Account, then Delete account. Confirm on the button labeled Delete account. That starts deletion of the Pedreaux account signed in on that device.

From this website

If you cannot use the app, email kurt@mobile-verse.com from the address on the account. Subject: Delete my account. In the message, name Pedreaux and the display name on the account. We will delete that account and email you when it is done. We may ask for enough detail to confirm the account is yours.

What is deleted

  • The account and login.
  • Email, display name, and avatar on that account.
  • Gameplay, scores, and progress tied to that account.

What may be kept

  • Store purchase and subscription records Apple or Google require us or them to keep, and records we must keep for tax, fraud, chargeback, or other legal reasons.
  • Ad-related data Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) holds under its own privacy policy.
  • A copy of an email you sent us, if we need it to show we handled your request.

    • Deleting an account does not cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel that in the store: iOS, Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions; Android, Google Play, Payments and subscriptions.
