These terms cover the Pedreaux app and https://www.mobile-verse.com, published by MobileVerse. Contact: kurt@mobile-verse.com. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Who this app is for

The app is for a general audience. It is not directed at children under 13. You must be old enough to agree to a contract in your place, or have a parent or guardian agree for you. Pedreaux is not endorsed by Apple or Google.

Pedreaux

Pedreaux is a 4-player card game. You need an email account. Gameplay depends on other players and a network connection. We do not guarantee you will find a full table, a particular rank, or a particular outcome.

Premium subscription

  • What is included: banner and interstitial ads are removed, and Private Table (invite-code tables) is unlocked. An optional rewarded ad may still be offered.
  • Cash plans are sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play. They auto-renew until you cancel. Apple or Google charge the price shown at purchase, plus tax if they collect it, to the payment method on your store account.
  • Gold plans are paid with Pedreaux gold in the app.
  • Cancel or manage a store subscription anytime in the App Store (Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments and subscriptions). Cancel at least 24 hours before the period ends to avoid the next charge. Deleting the app or your MobileVerse account does not cancel the store subscription.
  • Store refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their rules, not by us.

    • Your content

    Display names and avatars you choose should not impersonate someone else or include illegal content. You keep ownership of what you submit. You give us permission to show that name and avatar inside the app as needed to run the game.

    The website

    The site describes Pedreaux on iOS and Android. Get in Touch is for questions and feedback. Support and account help are on the Support and Account deletion pages. Store purchases are handled by Apple or Google in the app.

    No warranties

    The app and site are provided as available. Matches, scores, and ads can fail, change, or be interrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for lost progress, failed matches, or store billing disputes. Store billing stays with Apple or Google.

    Changes

    We may update these terms. The date at the top will change. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms. If you do not agree, stop using the app and delete your account.

    Accounts

    You are responsible for your login. Do not share your password. We may suspend an account that is used to cheat, harass, or break these terms. You can delete an account as described on the Account deletion page.

    Premium is optional. You can pay with cash through the Apple App Store or Google Play, or with gold in the app.

    • Monthly: $2.99 or 100 gold.
    • Yearly: $29.99 or 1000 gold.
